Located in central Garland County, Arkansas, Hot Springs National Park was designated in 1921. Ever since its discovery by Indigenous tribes, people have come to the valley to use its soothing thermal spring waters to heal, relax, and rejuvenate. Forty-seven natural hot springs give the park its nickname: "The American Spa".
